Graham E. Holt was born in Richmond, Virginia, in 1976.  He completed his Bachelors of Arts degree in Philosophy at the University of North Carolina in 1995 and earned his law degree from North Carolina Central University in 2005.  In 2006, Mr. Holt was admitted to the North Carolina bar. Before starting his own practice he was employed by the public defenders office in Guilford county.
